Description

The Elizabeth Line will be launched in December 2018 and TfL is looking for six leading brands to participate in the launch of the Line, enjoying association and exclusivity for a period up to the opening of the whole of the Elizabeth Line; expected to be December 2019. Sponsorship of the Elizabeth Line offers a unique and exciting opportunity for up to six leading organisations to begin the journey with us by getting access to an unbeatable advertising estate and integrate their brand with TfL's Elizabeth Line campaign.
The procurement of the contract does not fall within the Procurement Regulations therefore, this is a voluntary contract notice. The Contracting Authority shall not by issuing the notice be deemed to accept the applicability of the Procurement Regulations nor commit to complying with the Procurement Regulations or the process or requirements set out in the Procurement Regulations and the Procurement Regulations will not apply to this opportunity.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process and may award a contract(s) in whole, in part, or not at all as a result of the competition called for by this notice. The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any Economic Operators in considering and/or responding to the procurement process.
All discussions and meetings will be conducted in English. Tenders and supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments made under the contract will be in sterling. If and when this requirement is offered to tender, it may be done in whole or in part via electronic means using the Internet.
The UK government has announced its commitment to greater data transparency. Accordingly the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publishing its tender documents, contracts and data from invoices received. In so doing the Contracting Authority may at its absolute discretion take account of the exemptions that would be available under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
