Description

The South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) would like to appoint one or several providers for the temporary accommodation for the homeless people in the area of Grantham, Market Deeping and Bourne.
The Contract will be let for an initial period of three years commencing from 1st April 2025 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months at the discretion of the Council. The maximum duration is, therefore, five years.
Temporary accommodation will be required primarily within the district boundaries. In certain and limited circumstances, Service Users may require provision outside of the district boundaries. Tenders will be accepted from potential Service providers within a two-mile radius limit outside of the district boundaries.
Accommodation will ideally be located within a reasonable distance to public transport as well as shops, schools, places of worship, medical facilities and other amenities.
