Description
It is proposed to move the Coroners Court from its current location is Smethwick to the Council's Jack Judge building in Oldbury, West Midlands. The building is currently used for office accommodation and a library.
The work will involve remodelling of the existing ground floor accommodation in the north wing. Subdivision of the office area with associated alterations and divisions to mechanical and electrical services. Disruption to the existing office areas and library is to be kept to a minimum with existing screens, carpets and decoration and general services to be protected and retained.
