Description

The proposed Contract is for Mechanical Maintenance services across non-school sites with a mix of both planned maintenance as well as reactive works involved.
This includes regular planned preventative maintenance, statutory testing and inspection.
The supplier will need to operate a 365/24/ helpdesk to answer telephone calls contactable via a dedicated number and/or provide a dedicated email address and/or direct on-line access portal access to respond to call outs.
The contract duration is for 3 years.
