Description

From routine inspections Wakefield Council has identified a number of locations where pedestrian parapets and fencing are missing or damaged. In a number of cases there are unprotected drops.

The purpose of the scheme is to replace/repair pedestrian restraint systems to 12 No. structures.

Replacement/repair material types include: -

a) Timber Fencing.
b) Pedestrian guard railing.
c) Proprietary galvanised tubular steel railings.

At a single location it has been identified that warning signs are to be erected
