Description
Quotations are invited for carrying out a feasibility study into options for the regeneration of the Buttermarket and Town Hall in Newark, Nottinghamshire otherwise known as the 'Newark Central Project'.
The feasibility study will be used as a basis to identify and bring forward suitable regeneration and development proposals for these buildings and the surrounding area in the future. The options proposed and 'next steps' suggested by this feasibility study will be used to determine future detailed work on the project and identify potential funding opportunities.
