Tender Opportunity 1701/MR Construction of Glasshouse

The University is wanting to Construct a new Glasshouse within the Grounds of 14 Oakholme Road for the use as a research facility to grow a variety of plants with integral heating, ventilation, lighting, power and controls. Works include the provision of new electric, gas and water services from wither 14 Oakholme Road or new connection to the mains, refer to services specification.

Value £120000 - £160000

Commencement: 03 July 2017 (with a 10 week lead-in for the Glasshouse. (Start onsite 14 August 2017)

Completion: 10 November 2017
