Description
Guinness Partnership Limited (TGPL) build and manage homes and housing services for around 120,000 customers. Of our 65,000 homes, more than 70% are let at a social or affordable rent, while around 10,000 are owned or part-owned by the people who live in them. Guinness Property (GP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Guinness Partnership and carries out responsive repairs, empty homes work (including component replacement works (kitchens, bathrooms) to around 46,000 properties in the North West, North East, South Central, South Coast and London regions. To assist with reducing Guinness Properties existing works backlog. GP is looking to appoint contractors to operate within its South Central and South Coast regions in delivering Empty Homes & Responsive repairs.
