Description

The Case Team Leader will be responsible for prioritising the work of the case investigation teams, and coordinating the work in close conjunction with other Department of Health & Social Care senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Managing and prioritising the allocation of new complex cases raised through the escalation process to ensure cases are allocated effectively and promptly
- Ensuring reporting deadlines are met by the team
- Validating effective case management within the teams
- Managing daily touchpoint with Case Managers across various sites
- Providing support and guidance to Case Managers to manage cases to prompt resolution
