Description

LFRS has identified a requirement to increase operational response resilience arrangements with the support of third-party contingency providers who can offer the necessary capacity, knowledge and skills to either work alongside crews or on their own if required. This requirement is only likely to be required in the event of:
• natural disaster;
• terrorist event;
• pandemic outbreak;
• industrial action;
• prolonged incidents over multiple days;
• any other unforeseen similar event.
