Description

The London Borough of Barnet (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority") seeks to procure a contractor to deliver Main Contractor Works for Friary Park Natural Flood Management Scheme.
The location of the works is Friary Park, Friary Road, Friern Barnet, London N12 9AJ.
The contract term is estimated to be 6 months construction with an optional extension of 3 months subject to performance and budget. The contract will be subject to break clauses and rectification delivery period.
