Description
The provision of refurbishment works at the West Midlands Combined Authority's (WMCA) Head Office at 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham.
The Works will consist of the following:
- The Reception area requires refurbishment to create a modern, professional entrance to the building
- A meeting room on the 1st Floor of 16 Summer Lane (Rm 109) requires refurbishment into an executive standard boardroom
- Clearing the rooms by removing the existing fit-out in these two areas, refurbishing, supplying and installing new products in line with drawings and visuals provided.
