Description

A targeted update to our Engines of Prosperity documents from 2016-17, to clarify key mills statistics. Research and updates to the publication to be undertaken and produced by the consultants who produced the original document.

Outputs required:

• each of the three wider mill areas (PL, GM and WY individually)
• the North West (PL and GM together)

West reports

level, as well as a selection of statistics at the other three levels.
