NOTE: This notice was updated on 17 January 2025 for the following reason: Tender withdrawn - This tender has been withdrawn due to on bid's being received after the closing of this opportunity.(Freebridge require a competent and skilled resurfacing company to repair, maintain and resurface road, walkways, hardstanding areas and associated drainage owned by Freebridge within its estates, scheme's and properties. The appointed company will need to manage all communications, traffic management and any required permits for all works allocated to them.)
