Description

The aim of the project is to research and develop a Remediation and Sustainable Growth Assessment Tool that enables site-specific assessment of the environmental, economic, and social benefits resulting from the remediation of contaminated land and groundwater.

Objectives

• To better understand, and to be able to describe to others, the relationship between contaminated land, its remediation, its effects on health and improving natural capital assets

• To know the most suitable natural capital and health metrics to include and/or develop in a framework of indicators that will underpin further development of the Remediation
and Sustainable Growth Assessment Tool project
