Description

CPI's sputter systems are used in thin film electronics applications such as display backplanes, solid state lighting and photovoltaics. CPI have a requirement for the supply of targets for our MRC 603 Batch Sputter System & SCT Sputterer. CPI also have a need for the cleaning of the stainless steel and copper shielding used in this process.
