Description

The provider will provide onsite professionally qualified counsellors to The Force who will:
• Provide a service to an agreed standard to meet your requirements
• Conform to the code of ethics and practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Employees will be offered one to one counselling that is established on three guiding principles:
1. Professionalism
2. Independence
3. Confidentiality
The provider will provide on-site one to one employee counselling sessions in response to the demand from The Force.
