1 x GOLD maintenance support package
This GOLD maintenance support package contains allowances for labour and travel costs, provides a DVLA Dedicated Free Phone Technical support helpline, , 2 Planned Preventative Maintenance visits, and guaranteed next day site attendance (office hours, Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays) to provide a measurable level of service.
The contract will be for one year of support & maintenance service for the tool.
