Description

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of Energy Brokerage and Bureau Services to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money. The bureau element will involve bill validation and include associated services such as cost recovery, monitoring, reporting usage, via a portal, and full query resolution. The brokerage element will consist of a fully managed energy procurement service and associated support, including ongoing market information. The energy procurement must be carried out in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Citizen would like to create a genuine collaboration with a skilled energy service provider for a 2 year contract with a 6 month optional extension.
