Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) Housing Management is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out boundary walls repairs to the residential properties listed below:
- St. Mark's Grove, SW10 9ER
- Elms Park Gardens - 112a Elm Park Gardens South Wall
- Elms Park Gardens SW10 9PA (54,55,56)
- Tor Court W8 4HX
The repairs are required due to the severity of the defects of the boundary walls which now considered a high health and safety hazard to the residents and the public.
