Description

Contract already awarded. This project aims to continue investigating through-barrier inactivation of bacterial spores using ultrasonic transducers that operate at higher frequencies than previously used. This new work will exploit the destructive effects of mechanical resonance offered by these higher frequency transducers (in addition to cavitation).
