Description
Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) is a procurement Consortia which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements. Our members include; Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Universities, NHS Trusts and regional Police Forces.
EEM wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement with multiple contractors, each of which will provide property improvement and repair works to domestic, corporate, commercial and void properties, to support members in maintaining property stock standards.
Our framework will cover all elements of planned major and minor refurbishment schemes, including works across multiple sites.
Typical types of works covered by this framework include for;
• Bathrooms replacements and alteration works including Level Access Showers
• Kitchen replacements and alteration works
• Heating system installations and alteration works
• Electrical upgrades, rewiring and any other associated electrical works
• Painting and decoration works
• Wall tiling and floor finishes
• Entrance doors and window replacements
• Roof and fascia works
• Masonry and bricklaying work
• Structural works
• Garage refurbishments
• Insulation works
• External improvement works
• Any other general building improvement and alteration works
Please note we are looking for contractors who can cover all aspects of property improvement works as defined above, we will not be splitting this framework into trade specific lots and appointing contractors for single elements of works.
The Lot strategy is yet to be defined but will likely consist of Lots for;
• Planned Domestic and Void Property Improvement Works
• Planned Commercial and Corporate Building Improvement Works
It is likely we will further split the core lots into geographical sublots.
The Framework is being procured by Efficiency East Midlands Limited ('EEM') on behalf of their members and the other organisations described below as being Authorised Users. Further details regarding Authorised Users of this framework can be found in the ITT documents when they are released.
