Description

The Council is seeking to procure and implement an Externally Hosted Activity Recording and Scheduling Solution and Associated Services. This will allow Client visits to be scheduled for the Council's Direct Care teams only. It will also enable care to be recorded by both the Direct Care teams and all Independent Sector Providers commissioned by the Council to deliver Home Care services. The Council is looking to implement a Solution that will help bring about improvements and efficiencies in all aspects of service delivery by demonstrating transparency of delivery, facilitates payments based on actual hours delivered and enables a reduction in manual processes for back office functions such as invoice checking.
