Formed in 2012, Acivico is a unique and experienced multi discipline practice which offers clients a comprehensive range of services across the built environment including: Design, Consultancy, Asset and Facilities Management and Building Control. Acivico continues to support landmark projects across the City of Birmingham and the Black Country, forging strong partnerships with our clients to deliver high quality, sustainable innovative service solutions, that transform the communities in which we live and work.

You are invited by Acivico (Design, Construction and Facilities Management) Limited to apply to join this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Fire Safety Services, to support new and existing client accounts in the West Midlands Region, when such opportunities become available.

Where the DPS is considered the most appropriate route to market, all suppliers/contractors who are registered on this DPS (Stage 1 of the procurement process) will be invited to bid for work through mini competitions (Stage 2 of the procurement process). Work will only be awarded through mini competitions. There is no provision for a Direct Award under a DPS.

It is anticipated that the annual value of work awarded through this DPS will be in the region of two million pounds sterling per annum. Further details about the DPS is given in Section 3 below.

An Indicative timetable is detailed in Section 6. The Submission Deadline for Stage 1 of this two-stage procurement process is 12 noon on Monday 26 September 2022.
