South East Consortium on behalf of Hexagon Housing Association invites you to tender for a bespoke Tender. Hexagon Housing Association require one contractor to carry out the Maintenance, installation and refurbishment of passenger lifts and disability equipment. The contract will run for 4 years with the option of extending for a further 2, subject to performance. The approx. budget is 110,000 GBP excluding VAT per annum
