The aim of this Contract is to ensure that all staff have the skills, knowledge and capabilities to deliver the future vision and strategy of the research councils and Innovate UK. This will be achieved by providing a core learning and development (L&D) offering that will be delivered via either a blended approach . such as
elearning (e.g. webinars, online training), face to face or mix of the two . The Supplier will be required to offer and deliver appropriate and relevant solutions.

The tender is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime (LTR)
