The contract should cover the following points:
• LBoM are seeking a 60 month contract from the winning supplier, with an option of extending for a further 12 months on the same terms at the LBoM's sole discretion. LBoM's rules exclude its officers from entering into supply contracts that include the ability for the supplier to \"roll-over\" the contract in any way that is not directly triggered by LBoM.
• The supplier should be able to split the portfolio billing up as required by LBoM. Sites will be invoiced to the billing address as indicated on the attached site schedule and as updated from time to time by LBoM. For clarity, this includes some sites that will be billed to site, some sites may be billed to the main LBoM administrative address and others may be billed to alternative central addresses as appropriate.
