Description

Haringey Council is seeking tenders from qualified suppliers that can provide live reporting and updates on compliance activities across all 6 key compliance areas, initially including but not limited to
• Fire Risk and Fire Safety
• Landlord Gas Safety certificates and PPMs
• Electrical Inspection Reports
• Asbestos Reinspection
• Lift thorough inspection and maintenance inspections
• Water Risk Assessments and management of legionella.
The system will:
Help manage and allocate actions and capture ownership, and reporting evidence of action completion.
Have a single view of all compliance type actions that are pending/due/overdue.
Allow live viewing of compliance data and report at estate, block, and geographical levels etc.
Enable audit of all compliance actions with appropriate management notifications and escalations.
To be fully automated and significantly reduce manual intervention and manual handling of data
Eliminate use spreadsheet dependency for compliance management
Assure data integrity and accuracy in management information reporting
Real time compliance actions management, allocation and reporting
Automated workflow processes and early warning alerts
Quality assurance around compliance data
Reporting by exception where there is non-compliance.
Integrate with other systems as and where appropriate

The requirements, whilst applying primarily to the 6 primary risk areas above, equally apply to all aspects of mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment where there are regulatory requirements, policy commitments and/or guidance for the management of associated health and safety; across all properties owned and/or managed by Haringey Council as a Registered Provider of social housing (RP).

The system must therefore be scalable and agile to accommodate these requirements.

The Council will be using a 2 stage process for this procurement event, suppliers are required to meet all the stated requirements in the Prequalification Questionnaire before they can be qualified for the final tendering stage.
