Description

The Council has a statutory responsibility to ensure that the buildings are maintained and repaired in accordance with a regular planned programme. The Council requires a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to deliver Building Fabric Repairs and Maintenance Service to the properties that form the Council's estate portfolio. This is applicable to all buildings and land that the Council occupies and deliver services from.

It is the responsibility of the Corporate Landlords - Project and Works - Maintenance Team to ensure that the buildings are fully compliant with current building legislations, and all the work is completed in a safe timely manner.
