Description

The University of Leeds is seeking tenders for a field flow fractionation (FFF) system as a multi-user facility for the separation and analysis of nanoscale to microscale materials.

The FFF system needs to be appropriate for use with wide-ranging sample types, including macromolecules, biomolecular assemblies, self-assembled materials such as micelles and vesicles, inorganic nanoparticles. Inline analysis of samples should allow determination of the concentrations and the size and shape of the constituents. It is also required that samples can be collected in distinct fractions for downstream analyses and work flows.
