Buro Happold have recently carried out for STC numerous District Heating related schemes and have an extensive knowledge of the Area and VENJ Scheme. The next stage at VENJ for the extension of the existing network, is called The Techno Economic Feasibility Study (TEFS). The stages are as follows :
