Description

Cottsway Housing Association provides around 5,300 homes for rent and shared ownership across West Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. It is preparing to go to market to procure a contract for a new payment provider service for all its income and payment services. These include a wide range of payment methods including direct debit, online payments, Paypoint and our customer portal. The new contract is due to start on 21 December 2024 and as part of the preparations, Cottsway is keen to seek feedback from the market on its proposed approach, and has set some questions in an accompanying short questionnaire
