Description
ENGIE Services Ltd, on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council, wishes to commission a suitably qualified consultancy team, to prepare a development appraisal and concept design/masterplan for a commercial leisure project within Grimsby Town Centre.
The objectives of this assignment are to establish the demand and commercial interest for a leisure development; determine a preferred site within the town centre core and establish the development costs, potential income and viability gap of the scheme.
