Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Wednesday 15th April 2020 at 14:00pm DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta Sourcing Portal. Any bids submitted directly to the buyer will be disregarded.
The Department for Business, Engery and Industrial strategy (BEIS) wishes to procure an organisation to act as a Study Co-ordinator to oversee and co-ordinate the second year of the PRS Enforcement Pilot Study and act as the main contact lead between the Department and the Local Authorities.
The Department for Business, Engery and Industrial strategy (BEIS) will use the findings of the second year of the PRS Enforcement Pilot Study to finalise the Local Authority best practice toolkit on PRS monitoring, compliance and enforcement. This will then be disseminated to all Local Authorities in England and Wales to assist them in their work enforcing the Regulations. BEIS expects to have this final toolkit ready for dissemination by April 2021. The final toolkit is not expected to be prescriptive but will instead be designed to provide Local Authorities with advice and options for delivering enforcement of the Regulations in their area, while still giving Authorities room to innovate.
