Description

Gateshead Council (the Council) is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake bat risk assessments and bird nesting assessments of Council housing properties scheduled for maintenance e.g. re-roofing, external wall insultation and other repairs and scheduled works.

As part of this process the Council is conducting a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.
