Description

The City of London invites Tenders for the provision of Enforcement Agents. The scope of the contract is to provide an enforcement service to take all necessary steps to collect unpaid Business Rates, Business Improvement Levy, Council Tax and unpaid Parking and Traffic warrants. There is also an option to extend the service to other debt types such as commercial rent or unpaid housing rent.
The maximum length of the contract is therefore 5 years.
The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated contract value is £1,800,000 over 5 years. The annual estimated value is £360,000. This value is based on estimated fees that awarded Bidders will collect. These values are based on historic and anticipated future demand and are for indicative purposes only, there is no guarantee that these will be achieved over the life of the contract.
It is the City's intention to award contracts to the three top ranked Bidders with the highest overall tender scores. The City's Revenue's team will work directly with the top 2, and the 3rd placed Bidder will be reserve supplier. The City's Parking Ticket team will work directly with each of the top 3 Bidders.
Please refer to the tender document for the division process relating to the distribution of work across successful Bidders.
