Description

This Tender is for an independent governance expert to carry out a board effectiveness review of the Gas & Electricity Markets Authority (GEMA) Board, providing independent feedback on how well the Board carries out its duties and how this compares with best practice and relevant corporate governance guidance. It should include constructive, meaningful and forward-looking recommendations for change. It should also provide expert corporate governance advice and tangible recommendations on the role of the Board in the context of our ongoing organisational transformation programme.
