Description
West Cheshire Museums would like to test the market to ascertain suitable providers who would use the catering kitchen to supply our two Northwich sites (Lion Salt Works and Weaver Hall Museum) with coffee shop food items (cakes, scones, sandwiches, afternoon tea) and conference catering. There would also be a potential opportunity for the organisation to cater for evening functions, bake bread and supply other outlets.
