Description
Chichester District Council would like to carry out alterations, refurbishment and decoration to the public convenience in Tower Street, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1QH and is looking to engage a suitably qualified and capable Contractor with experience of public amenity refurbishment works to professionally strip out, alter, decorate and refurbish the toilet block at Tower Street Chichester.
The works will include:
o The temporary provision of suitable and sufficient physical protection and appropriate warning signage for the duration of the works to ensure that the works are undertaken safely with due regards to the general public and users of the vehicle access to the adjoining premises.
o The provision of PPE and identification for all contractors' personnel.
o The professional and safe site operation of works in and around the site area.
o The clear demarcation of areas where work is in progress.
