Description

This tender is to source a high-level organisation to carry out a deep dive evaluation of The Education and Training Foundation's (ETF's) Diversity in Leadership programme. This programme sits under Leadership and Governance and is an important part of the leadership offer to increase the diverse workforce, by implementing a programme to support the diverse workforce into leadership roles across the FE Sector, encouraging them to join and progress along the leadership pipeline.
The Diversity in Leadership programme is being delivered under the following strands:
- Unconscious Bias training workshops
- BAME / diverse coaching for aspiring leaders
- BAME / diverse coaching for potential Chairs- Governance
- Positive Action- FE Diversity Charter
- Toolkit- Developing Resources for Diversity in Leadership
- Woman Up! Taking your next step to Leadership course
The successful tenderer will be expected to work across all 6 strands of the programme in partnership with the delivery partners to obtain access to participants, evaluation data already collected and evidence of the impact of programme already delivered, complementing the tools and techniques used to gather evaluation and feedback information. This should be used as the starting point to inform the deep dive evaluation of the overall programme.
