Description

The Standard Occupational Classification is the taxonomic system that applies to most sources of occupational statistics in the United Kingdom. At a meeting convened by the Gatsby Foundation in March 2018 it was concluded that there should be a coordinated effort to incorporate more detail into the SOC, than was available at the current unit group (4-digit) level.
