Description

Dillington House is a property leased by Somerset County Council located on the outskirts of Ilminster, Somerset, in a rural setting. The property operates as a conference, wedding, training, education, concert and lecture centre 12 months of the year, open to both the public and the Council.
The Council is tendering for the supply of gardening and landscaping services for Dillington House. The focus and emphasis of the grounds and garden maintenance is aimed at providing a safe and visually stimulating environment for Dillington House's many visitors. The primary focus needs to be in the areas around the buildings and formal areas and those places frequented most often. The importance of the overall appearance of a well maintained and both in-keeping and interesting set of gardens and grounds is paramount.
