Description

The Civic Trowbridge are seeking an experienced, passionate and flexible local caterer to provide our corporate and private function catering. We offer our clients a range of catering options to suit their event which include -
• Working lunches
• Cold finger buffets
• Hot and cold fork buffets
• Sit down dinners
• Canapés
• Selection of cakes
• Continental or hot breakfasts
• Bespoke alternatives

In 2019 we catered approximately 50 cold buffets (lunches, breakfasts and cakes), 12 sit down dinners and 5 fork buffets. The events catered ranged from small conferences to grand Christmas celebrations and a handful of weddings.

Our venue boasts a full industrial kitchen with facilities to cater up to 300 covers with a separate cold prep area, pot wash area, walk in chiller and crockery store.

We are looking for a caterer who is available to start immediately.
