Description

Manor Court - Extension and External Refurbishment

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to carry out works including the construction of a single storey rear extension, lean to roof to the front elevation, improvements to communal facilities, replacement of external cladding together with window replacements at one of our sheltered schemes for the elderly in Caddington.
It is anticipated that work will take 10 weeks to complete and will be carried out between January - March 2017.
