Description

This tender process is an opportunity for organisations become a member of the 'Provider Panel', to provide a compliant route to review the potential enablement of ESFA funding allocation for Adult and Community Learning. Cheshire East Lifelong Learning (CELL) is undertaking a commissioning exercise to procure and develop Adult Education Budget provision for the residents of the Borough reference Public Contracts Regulation Light Touch Regime. This will be delivered in the form of a Contract for the Provision of an Adult and Community Learning: Provider Panel. As this is a Provider Panel, no commitments to service provision and /or funding applications will be made by the Council. These decisions will be made during the term of the Contract by following the call-off criteria shown within the specification documents on 'The Chest' e-tendering portal. https://www.the-chest.org.uk/?ReadForm&login. The project focusses on Learning programmes and/or projects which are aligned to the Education and Skills Funding Agency funding requirements, the priorities set by CELL, Cheshire East Council and Cheshire and Warrington LEP and which match the needs of local people, communities and employers, and the contract will be managed closely to these standards.
The Council reserves the right to reopen the procurement process periodically during an academic year, subject to the needs of the Council, the Local Area and Central Government Funding Allocations, and this will at a maximum of 3 times per academic year.
