Scope
NHS Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is seeking to contract with suitably qualified provider(s) for the delivery of Adult Autism Diagnostic and Support Services - which together form the Adults Autism Diagnosis Pathway, for its patient population across the CCG area. All services will support adults aged over 18 as their core service delivery.
The Service Procurement is split into two Lots which are fully described in Schedule 2 of each of the draft contract particulars in the ITT:
Lot 1 - Diagnostic Service - Contract Value - £ 75,000
Lot 2 - Support Service - Contract Value - £ 57,000
The service is being tendered for a term of three years, with the option to extend for a further twelve months, with a commencement date of 1st September 2018.

Key Objectives of this Procurement
To identify autism, increase and improve the support and services available to adults with an autistic spectrum condition and work towards increasing the accessibility of community support from wherever it is needed. Both services will deliver a clear pathway for adults with autism which is both effective and efficient and the two services will work in partnership to achieve this.
The Diagnostic Service - will specifically:
Provide diagnostic screening, assessment and diagnosis. It will also enhance the information available about how autism impacts on an individual who may have had a diagnosis, increasing their understanding of what that might mean for them and their on-going support structure.
The Support Service - will specifically:
Provide support pre, post and during diagnosis and on-going preventative support for people with autism or suspected autism, which wraps around the diagnosis process and empowers individuals to live a fulfilling and rewarding life.
Accessing the Tender Opportunity
