Description

This project comprises of various heating works as follows, at Earle House, Colonial Street, Hull, HU2 8JN on behalf of HM Land Registry. This refurbishment will be achieved through a number of alteration works that comprise of the following:
• Replacement of the Boiler Room installation
• Replacement of Plantroom Lighting and Wiring
• Strip out of existing and installation of new BMS
• Provision of additional zonal controls to enable isolation of floors on heating circuits
• Provision of full replacement of the heating radiators and distribution pipework throughout the building.
• Full redecoration of the inside of the building including roof top plantroom.
• Provision of building insulation to the under-side of the 1st floor slab.
