Description

Towns Funds Programme Consultancy

Sandwell Council are seeking an experienced full- time consultancy resource to drive their Towns Fund submission. The requirements are split into 2 parts, further details of this can be found in the Requirements Section (Section 2)

It is envisaged that Part 1 of the commission will be from January 2020 to June 2020 (6 months) with a potential 12 months extension to deliver Part 2.

Sandwell Council has three 'Towns' eligible for a Town Deal. The Council are looking to appoint consultants to deliver the three bids/ lots. Although this does not need to be one consultancy. Bids can be made for one, two, or all three of the Town Deal areas. However, please submit separate bids for each Area.

Lot 1: West Bromwich
Lot 2: Rowley Regis
Lot 3: Smethwick.

Bids will be evaluated on a lot by lot basis.
