Soft Market Test (SMT) in this case is where Golden Lane Housing seeks input from the market as to; 1.The Diary Resource Planning Systems currently in the market and the advantages of these systems; 2.An understanding as to what the specific benefits Golden Lane Housing could gain from implementing such as system; 3.Indicative costs involved in procuring and maintaining a Diary Resource Planning System. This exercise will help Golden Lane Housing to ascertain whether a Diary Resource Planning System is achievable under the current budget constraints. It will also provide an opportunity for Golden Lane Housing to obtain insight into how potential providers might approach delivery of the services in question and gives a useful early insight into the level of interest in a proposed project from the market. Golden Lane Housing reserves the right to hold further soft market testing meetings for interested organisations that respond to this soft market testing to further support this exercise. Please note that Golden Lane Housing retains sole discretion as to which (if any) interested organisations it will invite to soft market testing meetings.
