Description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council need to procure an experienced Microsoft specialist to provide a fully functioning Key Performance Indicator (KPI) solution built with the council's Sharepoint/Power Automate/Power App environment.

The current KPI solution currently holds 6 year's worth of data that will be used to spec ongoing requirements.

The Microsoft specialist will be required to work with and train the council IT provider in all administration and maintenance requirements.

The successful consultant will be expected to scope the project in detail, but the Council would expect this to include an approach to:

o Requirements Definition
o Design
o Data migration
o Prototyping/Development
o Testing
o Training/handover
o Deployment
